This one yoga teacher addresses her adult students like we are mentally challenged kindergarteners. This is actually not as great as it may sound. Unfortunately, there was only one class available today, and she was teaching it. So I went.

The style of yoga I study, anusara, traditionally starts its classes with what I privately refer to as the ( Read more... )

Seconded!

Oh man, I got such pleasure reading about Clueless Miss Yoga getting slapped down. "I stayed up researching it" my ass!

Also, anyone who says "Perhaps we can have a dialogue" is full of lose, and probably has nothing to "dialogue" about, anyway.

I love California, but sometimes I really hate California. The use of "dialogue" instead of just plain "talk" chaps my ass. Maybe people say that back east, too? I've only heard it out here.

c,

i found out that a local store has the GF challah and rugelach i was telling you about. so i don't have to wait until i go to monsey. do you still want them? each item is around $5 or $6 and they have lots of things - challah rolls, rugelach (chocolate or cinnamon), amazing sugar cookies with sprinkles on them, something resembling chocolate babka, etc. Just let me know how many things you want and what you want (or let me know if you want me to just choose what looks tastiest - hehe) and if you think i should do next day or second day - it's up to you, i know it's pricy. i think the stuff would be okay without being frozen for two days, but i don't know because i always keep it in the freezer.

YES! YES! A THOUSAND TIMES YES!

Do you have PalPal? I can send you a bunch of $. I would definitely like a few of the challahs, and then after that, whatever looks tastiest. OMG I WOULD TORTURE KITTENS FOR SOME GLUTEN-FREE RUGELACH.

No kitten-torture necessary, just patience as it might not be until next week that I get to the store :) I will pick up a few things for you and mail them, and then I'll let you know how much it all came to and you can definitely PayPal me. E-mail me your address & phone, please? And let me know if you have a maximum budget so I don't exceed it. Rugelach budget... hahaha. I ate an entire package of chocolate rugelach AND an entire package of sprinkle cookies while on vacation - Well, my honey helped me. But I didn't really need much help.
