Yesterday I made Beef Stew, and it is DELICIOUS.

Today I had my go at a 2nd round of Scottish Tablet.

This is the confection of CHAMPS, it'll put hair on your chests for sure.

I think this time I got everything perfect, but I wont know for absolute certainty until tomorrow.

Let's hope this batch sets.

I have just a "wee" bit left over in the pan
