BAD THINGS HAPPEN.

I was sideswiped in Rite Aid by an old biddy desperate to leave the store, i apologized for getting  in her way then held open the door for her and helped her on her way.

It's not even noon and i've run 6 miles.

I have 2 more workouts on todays schedule as well, Chest & Back, and AbRipper X

Also started taking my multivitamins again, I know for a fact I have a Vit D deficiency so trying to make sure I get plenty of that, to chase away the winter blues.

...My first day on the job in the UK is looking like May 3rd, so I'll be flying home sometime the week prior.

Which for the record, makes April one of the busiest months EVER.

Sometime between 1st-12th I'll be taking my National Cert, April 14th will be my finals at school.
