Day 5 - Monday Funday!

So it's been a crazy weekend, to say the least...

On to today! I've completed the first week of Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer (phase 2 portion) and it feels great to be building up myself again! I can feel things happening and yes, this involves a lot of soreness! Today will be the second week of phase 2 and I shall be eating better as well. :)
