Hot Runnings
I had to take off my shirt while running outside today, I thought I was going to suffer from heat exhaustion! It felt like I was suffocating to death! It's soooo hot! (87 degrees feels like 100! GAH!)
Is it normal to want to nap after working out? When I started working out I had so much energy, but now all I want to do is sleep.

I just barely squeak by with enough money for rent and then my car takes my money away yet again (Goodyear isn't the cheapest place to get things done at, either $360 for three fluid changes and an oil change?!
