Right before Harry's encounter with the Pensieve when the adults were filing out of Dumbledore's office.

Kristin has concluded that he most likely said, "After you, Minister."

However, I will argue that Fuck you is much more appropriate. It's necessary foreshadowing for later problems with the Minister of Magic and it develops Dumbledore's character as the hip old dude he is.

Hey hey, I just suggested that he was saying "After you."
I'm also quite convinced that he was actually saying "Fuck you, Minister."
Cause we all know that's what he wants to say... and it is what he said...

I know this, of course, but it makes a much better story (at least as far as I'm concerned) if you're the sensible contrast to my unfettered idealism, regardless of how far from the truth that may be. ;D
