You're supposed to deposit the money in one of the charities related to Japan's disaster.

So, actually, i can donate to any charity group i want, huh? But can i donate to a group whom ain't actually charity but they're actually there aiding Japan?

I mean, years ago, on Mexico City earthquake, a firefighter-rescue group was created. Called "Los Topos" (The Moles), they searched below fallen buildings, ruins and broken tunnels for survivors for weeks (and they performed the most heart-warming saving of that earthquakes, which earned them an international recognition)

So, they're actually there (one of the very few groups which Japan has accepted aid) and i either way thinking of donate to them.

It mean, i would donate either way it counts or not, but i was just wondering :)
