I am quitting smoking. After I watched an episode of House last night. I hope y'all can bear a Bear. Pray for me.

I saw that episode, too. Did they ever really say that she had the lung cancer from smoking? I suppose that's a given, and it's pointless....

don't think badly of me..i am doing the right thing now..besides for the past 7 mos. i have smoked only3 a day TOPS most days its just 1 before bed...i put myself off til the last minute of open eyes, then i smoke it and LOVE it.
But Tammy Faye Baker didn't EVER smoke and she has lung cancer.
So it scared me down deep and last nights episode did me in for good.

i haven't had a cig since 11o'clock last night.
and yes, it is getting hard...im trying to see when exctly i want one and its usually when Noah goes off into a tantrum...i get fed-up from him being whiney for hrs...or when i am bored..so far.
I was hanging by a thread a minute ago...but i said "i wanna be free..i can do this..." and i held out.
whew....im also down to 149...the first time i have been in the 140's since i had Mr Noah. I dont wanna begin eating to make up for this no cig thind..i am so happy to be 149 again.
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
