OMG, I KNEW IT! We actually went into a contract on a house on Cape Cod - but backed out because it was falling apart.

We're off of Concord Blvd. in Dana Estates. (Near Concord High)

Oh - I don't know what your budget is, but this house is for sale right across the street from us.
