Manmade disasters followed by apathy.  I'm sure you care for yourselves, perhaps even for each other in some cases...but when it comes to the world around you it's enough to give a collective shrug of the shoulders. It's as if I never left Gotham.  Can I assume this is a typical week for the environment intended to make us 'better'?

Escape attempts usually come every other week.

[But he's trying a different tack now, so it's less VIGILANTE VOICE FOR CRISIS SITUATION and more just masking his normal voice a little.]

Some wardens can get pretty creative with punishments. This just seemed like a better idea right off the bat.
