I am sitting here at work. Working. Getting paperwork done. Calling reps. Being a good worker bee. A woman walks in. She's been in before. I'd ordered some shoes for her in the past. She indicated she had ended up buying them elsewhere. Then she had the nerve to ask if I would trade her for the shoes she was wearing...the ones we'd ordered for her
