D: Aw, apparently I slept through it! The Olympics do not agree with my timezone.

The controlling the weather thing actually doesn't really work? There was an article about it in Newsweek where they said that although the Chinese government assures that it will work 100%, it's a very imperfect science. It's good in theory, but isn't reliable.
