prayers/good thoughts appreciated

Ive just come back from nearly  week at home with my family because my grandma was finally hospitalized and won't be coming home. I left yesterday, because I have to start my new (full time) job on monday. I knew it would be the last time I would be able to see her alive, and I spent several hours a day at the hospital with her.
It sounds horrible
