Finally got around to joining the Wycombe games club last week. We've joined a high level D&D game where all the PCs are of races taken from the Monster manuals. I am a lizardfolk shifter/druid and Grayson is a half bronze dragon bugbear (oozafluffy). The stone giant fighter does most of the work, to be honest.

have good fort saves

hit them hard and fast to that they can't hit you with rays. or stay in the antimagic cone and hit them with hard non-magical stuff.

Other than that, shoot them from very far away :)

Yes, I'm trying not to think about that. Felt a bit icky when the ranger shot one right in the big eyeball though. It went squelch.
