Bin medikamentös eingestellt und damit absolut gesund/belastbar/funktionsfähig. Es ist Teil von mir, aber macht mich nicht aus und schränkt mich nicht ein. Also alles gut. :)
Hi, I'm sorry you're having such a tough time right now. I'm thinking of you & I hope your health issues resolve after all!
As for the burps...I know I mentioned it before...I used to have the same issue. I would burp a million times a day as well. It was debilitating & awful. I think what was causing it was actually indigestion. When the food sits in your stomach, it produces gases which travel up your esophagus. Once I started taking omeprazole in the morning & digestive enzymes I've had 0 issues. Especially digestive enzymes. They are just available in any health store/amazon.
Oh yeah, retinol is great! I've used it for 10 years before I got pregnant (it's dangerous for the fetus) and my skin was peeeerfect, just a tad on the dry side (and had to be really careful while outside & use lots of spf).
Yes, I remember you mentioning it and I did take enzymes at some point, didn't work for me. After all, I have this issue even if I don't eat anything at all. And I do intermittent fasting with fasting windows of 16-18h, doesn't help with the burping but a bit with my bloated belly at least.
Maybe I'll give enzymes another try. *shrugs*
Yes, everyone keeps saying that SPF is important. It's winter here and the sun never comes out but I read that it doesn't matter when you're using active ingredients it's the light sensitivity that's dangerous, so I'll put on sunscreen even without any sun in sight. :) Glad to hear you had a good experience with retinol, that's re-assuring. :D
oh no... I hope they get to the bottom of it. I'm sure they've checked already but it's not something in the nerves from the spine is it? I've had those issues before and you end up thinking it's muscular or something else...
Nope, not really. I mean it was checked in 2019 and then it was okay and I haven't done anything that caused issues to my back since then, but we'll see what the doctor says next week when I have a control appointment.

Ich weiß, dass die Blutwerte alleine nicht sehr aussagekräftig sind.
Und tut mir leid zu hören, dass du an einer rheumatischen Krankheit leidest. :(
