I think the scary thing is could have just as easily been McGill, or Concordia... or even right here, at Abbott. THAT'S what scares me. Because it was only some miles away, now I'm alarmed that these things that used to be far away problems are now right here in my own city.

I definitely think you have a right to be in shock. It's too close for comfort if you ask me... even if it wasn't our school.

no no, it isn't insensitive <3

like my friend said, no, I don't go to dawson. I go to a school about 45-60 minutes away by bus called john abbott. they're both in montreal, but dawson's in the middle of downtown, whereas abbott is in the suburbs. I have friends and family who go to dawson though, so it was pretty freaky.

it's crazy to think that news of dawson college made it all the way to your end of the world @_@. I've seen news reports from all over, and it's uber crazy @_@.
