PS3!

With the announcement of FFXIV, I figured it was finally time for me to invest in a Playstation 3. I decided to say farewell to my Beatmania IIDX games (*sniff*) and made about $380 by selling them on eBay. My payments came through, and as of today, I have joined the ranks of PS3 owners. Whee! And now I'm broke again!

Yeah, I decided that a 1-year warranty was enough of a reason to pay for a new one. (That, and a free copy of Advent Children Complete on Blu-Ray didn't hurt.)

Now I'm fucking with the connection settings and trying to make it stop being so douchey with download speeds. Rargh.

Going under Network Settings and turning the Media Server Connection off helped tremendously. Downloads are still fairly slow for me, but I attribute that to my blazing fast 1.5 Mbps/sec connection. Haha.

So far, I've only got Disgaea 3. I bought a used copy with some money I received for my birthday last year, and it's been sitting on my shelf ever since. @_@ I also ordered LittleBigPlanet, and am going to pick up Valkyria Chronicles as soon as I have money. The demo of VC was awesome-- it's one of the games that really pushed me to finally get a PS3.

By the way, what's your PSN ID? NeoNess, I presume?
