DIR EN GREY!!!!
HOLY SHIT last night was one of the most amazing nights of my life! Dir en grey played songs that I really love and they sounded amazing. The majority of the time I was staring at Kaoru-sama. I'm pretty sure he had four different versions of his viper, I was hoping that he would use the Ganesea but sadly he stopped using that model. T.T We waited in line for 3 hours or maybe a little bit more but when we were waiting we saw allthese disgusting mallgoths. *shudder* I was really ebarresed to me there with all these people. While we were in line you could hear them practicing, we heard muffled versions of The Final and Dozing Green. When we finally got in we ran to the front.
It was really cramped cause me and Nanny were at the front, one person away from the railing. In the beginning Karou walked really close to the edge of the stage. He made his stupid cute ducky face a lot <3 OMG I love his way of playing guitar its so smooth and flowy. He also threw his picks out into the audience a pick landed so close to me but i couldnt get it becuase it landed in someone else boob. T.T He didn't move that much throughout the whole show expect toward the very end. He would make his ridiculous faces to get the audience all pumped <3 I also made eye contact with him a lot during the concert and he did this thing where he would do drastic nodding which seemed to mean "YEAHHH" or something. Kaoru-sama is the most amazing person in the world to me and I'm so glad that I got to see him agian and so close too! I also did the heart thing to him.
Totchi hair was horrible! What was he thinking cutting it like that!? The side of his head was starting to grow back though so it kind of looked like it was a buzzcut on one side of his head. Even with the most disgusting haircut I have to admit that he is a very talented bassist. During one part of the show he started to slap his bass and the whole time he looked really excited to be there, he was either smiling, headbanging, or concentrating on playing. At the end of the concert he came to the left sie where me and nanny were and sat on the amp and crossed his legs. I thought taht was really cute when he went to go sit down i made him a hand heart things.
Die was really cute during the concert. They had this fan thing blowing at him so he hair seemed to blow in the wind. He used two different models his regular one and an electric acoustic. Whenever i looked over at him he was either thrashing around or smiling. At the end of the concert he walked off the stage smiling and waving. It was so cute.
I don't have much to sat about Shinya expect that that asexual creature has a lot o stamina. His drumset was so big compared to the other band. In the middle of the show though he had one of the roadies come out and fix his hair X^D I lawled when i saw that.
Kyo is a really amazing singer. As my uncle described him, he was intense. His voice was really good as was him screaming. There was one part where he stopped singing into the mic and just sang. The crowd though had to make noise which interrupted him. He would do these sort of dance moves as well. he is a very entertaining vocalist.
All in all that was prpbably one of the greatest days of my life even though it was my second time seeing them. I hav become more inspired to be a great guitarist like kaoru or Die so now I'm going to work even harder to get there. Another thing that really touched me was how happy they were. I know a lot of people on the intrawebs go FUCK DIR EN GREY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING but they really seemed happy to be there. It was clear how much they enjoyed playing for people from the way they looked. Seeing them smile was the best thing to me, I'll never forget that!
