Bathroom Blues

One of the toliets in out floors bathroom is possessed. It WILL NOT STOP flushing, and has been doing so for 3 days. The first day it started, the RAs promised to deal with it ASAP, but so far nothing's happened. I have a rather amusing image in my head of someone hiring an exorcist and a plumber to fix it
