Haha- I just read a great article from a brave soul who hiked Emeishan, one of the mountains in China we'll be hiking.  (Er, attempting?)  I knew it had a lot of steps, but reading her account makes me a little more nervous....  especially when she compared hiking this mountain to getting a large tattoo on her lower back!  As a friend of several
