My Left Arm

I have a new and deep appreciation for all the things my left arm does.  Thank you, left arm, for helping me shampoo my hair, for all the intricate ways you move as I get dressed each morning, for turning the steering wheel as I drive.  I would love to have your help in doing these things again

Really, now, when you were a little girl dreaming of the boy you'd fall in love with, did you really think "Oh, and he will be able to do my hair so pretty one day"? No, probably not. (Happy sigh.) Isn't growing up wonderful?
