I'm not sure if y'all have heard of cluster headaches before.  If not, you're lucky.  I had never heard of them until I met Mark, who went through an episode of them about a month after we started dating.  These things really shouldn't even be called headaches.  "Ache" is entirely too mild a word to describe the blinding, debilitating onslaught of

Oh, nothing's wrong with Imitrex... it just doesn't always work. Sometimes the cluster is too intense, and he has to time it just right, at the very first flicker of an attack. Imitrex works much much better for migraine sufferers, but cluster headaches aren't like migraines, and there are no specific cluster treatments out there, so people with CH just have to make do with less-than-effective options. It sucks monkey balls.
