well, I don't see anything wrong with what you said. Indians eat a lot of curry so naturally it is going to come out the pores. It would be the same thing for a white person who eats a lot of curry. We just normally associate curry with Indian people as it is found in so much of their cuisine.

It isn't as if you were demeaning her for being Indian.
