So, yes, indeed, I did close on the house. Afterward I went back into work and then swung by the house to soak up some good vibes,and see if what I was looking to do to the house was unreasonable... *sigh* well, at least you get to find this out before you stick all the carboard boxes into the basement, right? ;_;
I would seriously consider going after him about this... there's supposed to be a release form about issues with the house, there's the potential to sue if it's not in there, honestly.
