Today I bought enough top round steak and Cheez Whiz to make a fucking million cheesesteaks. I am so excited about this. For reals, I think I can get a good 10-12 out of the steaks, and who knows how long a jar of Cheez Whiz lasts... So I made marshmallow fondant last night. All things considered, I think it turned out really, really well. It even tastes good (I've heard that regular fondant tastes weird). This is delicious. You should make it. For one, I love tuna. You sear it so it's pretty much raw on the inside (good thing TFM has sashimi tuna!). Two, avocados.
