good lord! now I don't feel bad about pestering you about your health, only that I never got anywhere with it. I'm really worried about ch'ya chica. Your deleriousness is clearly apparent in your trip down memory lane..drink lots of fluids (light juice or 7up, etc)!! (no coffee or chia-tea vanilla latte's with cinnamon) pop some tums, and try to eat something easily digestable as soon as you can. Do you have a fever?

If this isn't the asian bird flu you wanna go out to lunch thursday, but just the two of us? (even though it would be too easy to break out into song lyrics I'm not gonna)
