I just witness a force of nature. (Not to be confused with a actual force of nature such as :tornado,hurricane, etc.) I was watching a plastic bag sail over some houses and across the harbor. When the bag got close to the water at all it seemed the wind took life. Not once did the bag touch the water until it came safely down hundreds of feet
