That was the time on the young man's laptop as he laid sideways on the rug in his bedroom.

The young man sighed and searched around the internet before his battery would run low from the laptop.  He couldn't help but stop to think about what his schedule for the next two days were in school.  Pretty soon, he'd have to sacrifice some time

During their meal together, Jay decided to ask Jonghyun random questions to get to know him more.

"So, Jjong, what major are you in?"

Jonghyun looked up from his plate of spaghetti, the pasta noodles still hanging from his mouth. He slurped them quickly and replied, "Music."

Jay grinned. "Really? Me too!" He laughed as he saw pasta sauce all over Jonghyun's mouth, as if this was his first spaghetti meal.

Jong smiled

"maybe we can work together some time?"

Jay nodded and reached across the table carfully cleaing the tohers mouth of the pasta sauce, Jonghyun blushed and so did jay.

"sorry i dont know why i did that."

"i..i..its ok hyung"

Jay shook his head he had been acting strange sence he had meet jjong.

"so do you have any siblings?"

Jonghyun asked putting more pasta in hiw mouth

Jay nodded happily. "Mm. I have a younger sister and brother." He watched carefully as Jonghyun kept stuffing his face. "Slow down, puppy. We have time," he reassured him and chuckled at the slow look on Jonghyun's face.

"Oh...sorry~" Jonghyun apologized sheepishly and slowed down on eating. He really liked the food there. He didn't have to worry about being too messy, so he felt the urge to eat that way. "This food is really good, by the way."

"Good im glad you like it"

Jay smiled at him as he ate his own.

"what about puppy any brothers or sisters?"

"Nope im an only child, I wish i did some times though, its gets lonely by my self. But its good to i gusse."

After eating and chatting, the two college students walked away from Sizzlers and walked around the streets of Compton. Jay felt like he made a close friend already and he felt the urge to protect him.

Jonghyun, on the other hand, slowly started feeling something in his stomach every time he merely glanced at the man beside him. What is this feeling? he thought to himself. His thoughts were interrupted by a call of his new nickname.

"Puppy?" Said man looked up at Jay. "Come on, let's go to the park!" He smiled and held Jonghyun's hand as he dragged him over to there.

Unfortunately for the shorter man, his breath hitched once he laid eyes on a familiar figure with a sexy Caucasian woman. Key?

Jonghyun moved more behind Jay, the elder looked down at him.

"You ok puppy?"

Jonghyun peeked around him and jay followed his eyes, seeing where the toehr was looking.

"You know her?"

He asked looking at Jonghyun then the lady again

"T..t..thats key, can we go some were else please?"

He asked softly but it was to late she was alredy making her way over to him.

Key was buying ice cream for himself and his date while the latter had gone over to Jonghyun & Jay. She smirked at Jonghyun. "Hello, Jjong." She greeted in a fake manner. Jay noticed the tension between all of them and started getting confused as fuck.

Key was greeted with a familiar pout and puppy eyes once he turned around. "Oh fuck," he muttered as he ran towards the people he knew.

Jonghyun mumbled a "Go away, Vera," and turned to look away. Vera smirked and folded her arms. "I knew it. You followed him after he dumped you, huh?"

Jay looked between the two, key went to say something but Vera held up her hand tO stop him.

"No I ....."

"save it jjong we all knew you were a love sick puppy, couldn't live with out your little key, following him every were."

"it wasn't like that shut up"

He yelled glaring at her, she snarled and stepped closer.

"dont u ever talk to me like that you stupid little puppy."

"Don't talk to him like that, white trash!"

All eyes grew wide in shock at Jay, who for some reason got angry at the girl he barely even met just now.

"And just for your information - we're dating!" Just to prove it, Jay pulled Jonghyun closer and kissed him freely, knowing since Jonghyun had already been with Key, then it wouldn't be his first kiss.

Jonghyun kept blushing until he realized Key was gaping at them with envy.

Jonghyun slowly wrapped his arms around Jays neck kissing him back as jay pulled him closer.

Key moved tugging on his so called sates arm but she just slapped him away, when they broke apart jonghyuun blushed panting as he looked at the ground lowring his arms form the others neck jays still tightly around him

Key gaped at Jonghyun while his date simply huffed and rolled her eyes, dragging him away before he could say anything.

When they were gone, Jay awkwardly pulled away from Jonghyun and looked at him with guilt etched onto his facial features. "Sorry I did that, okay? That girl was just... a bitch. Key dates a lot of bitches..." he explained carefully. Jonghyun nodded and wiped his mouth with a frown, which puzzled and slightly saddened the elder, much to the latter's confusion. He shook his head and grabbed Jonghyun's hand.

"Let's go to the mall!" Jay exclaimed as he dragged his new friend to the Forever 21 store, located on the side of the mall.

Jong jst nodded and held tightly to the others hand. The thoughts running threw his head that jay was simply kissing him to get at key and had no intentions of liking Jong at all. He followed the other into the store feeling Kay watch him made him blush.*
