A woman, who can be easily described as a tomboy, waited for the choir conductor and the other members to come. She sat on a pew bench inside the church that was against the wall besides a closed door of a shop. They were supposed to be here at 3:30, right? She thought to herself. She glanced at her watch.
3:48pm
She frowned and waited a bit until a boy walked by from one of the hallways of the church. She looked up and simply stared at him.
The boy looked so much more feminine than her, and he had the innocent smile of an angel. His long hair was a dark auburn brown color and had been tied in a ponytail. Despite his feminine looks, he wore a plad shirt and straight skinny jeans that looked slightly baggy on him. Nothing like the skinny jeans that she always sees people wear due to fashion fads.
The girl realized that she wouldn't like this feminine boy simply because he resembled one of the popular kids who used to pick on her in high school. She had always been a loner due to her chubby figure and outcasted style.
She decided to ignore him, but to no avail.
"Excuse me..." The boy stuttered in an accent. The girl blinked. He's a foreigner here? Doesn't look like one...
"I'm sort of n-new here, so I was wondering if you would, um, help me?" He suddenly pouted like an innocent angel. "Please?"
The girl couldn't resist and managed a small smile. "Name's Rosie. You?"
The boy blinked numerous times in disbelief before smiling brightly, blinding the tomboy. "Taemin!"
Rosie sighed a bit as she stood up. She noticed how Taemin glanced at the midsection of her body. She let out a sad smile. "I'm fat. So what? You're pretty skinny - WAH!"
Taemin had engulfed the girl in a hug. "Sorry, but you remind me of a teddy bear. Can I keep hugging you from now on?" He bluntly stated and asked.
Rosie kept blushing the rest of the day until the choir conductor arrived, assuming they were a couple and congratulating them out of nowhere.
