the sales at your work suck because the management sucks. i hate to bash my competition, but after what happened to me monday night, i now know why i've been getting late night slams. i woke up with the munchies and made an internet order around 10:30. i get a call back from the internet office saying my order was cancelled because the store closed early. that sucks!! the driver lost out on my usual $5+ tip and they lost me as a customer for a while. how many other customers are they loosing for fucking up?

How long did you have to wait before they called you back, just out of curiosity?

it took about 10 minutes. the e-mail they sent said the order came in at 10:40 and they called and sent the cancellation e-mail at 10:50.
