29th Waffle // [Dream]
Warnings: None really. Just Christmas cheer and spending time with her big brother.

The date is December 5th, Christmas time for Belgium back home. Belgium appears to be much younger than she is here. The night before, she was busy filling a clog with hay and carrots. She hurried out of bed to go check her shoes and was happy to find some candy. She noticed Holland and smiled to him happily, running up to him.
"Look, broer! Look what I found!," she said cheerfully.
Holland just smiled to her and ruffled her hair, "Looks like you've been a good girl. Could have fooled me, though."
"Jeez! I've been a very good girl!" she replied back.
He just rolled his eyes and chuckled. Later that night, she heard a knick on the door and went to go check who had come. Instead, she was greeted with a sack full of presents. She brought them inside eagerly and started to look at what there was. After looking at them at least, she hurried off to her room. Holland was a little curious as to what she was doing, but she came back out with a small present, wrapped as neatly as the girl could wrap it. She returned to her brother's side.
"Fijne Sinterklaas*, broer!" she said, handing it to him.
Holland wasn't expecting anything from her, but he took it after thanking her. Inside, he found her favorite bunny. He looked to her.
"I can't take this. This is your favorite toy," he said to her gently.
She shook her head, "I want you to have it, broer. You really like bunnies too, right?"
In truth she had nothing else to really give him. She thought about making him something, but she thought a bunny would make him much happier. He gave her a faint smile and keeled down to give her a hug.
"Thank you," he said softly to her as she returned the hug.

[Belgium woke up smiling faintly. That had been so long ago. She had to wonder if he was okay. She frowned lightly, noticing how much she really missed her brother, even if he got on her nerves all the time. She looked over to see the Dreamberry on and shut it off.
