There is a little spot in my head that says to me this post is not real and was just done for gag (laughing *and* barfing kind) but then I think of how many people there are in the world who probably would post this..... I live near most of them :P

As someone who lives in Vegas and is familiar with the local demographic, I'm willing to bet this is real...and she probably got a lot of takers!
