It's never a good day when you've spent most of it throwing up. I suppose it all began when the coffee shop I work at started to carry these meat & veggie pies. Apparently the meat ones are quite tasty, but I've only had the vegan pie, for reasons you can figure out. We hardly sell any; they're expensive by New York standards. As someone who has thrown up in public under a wide range or circumstances and due to a myriad of causes, this is where I shine.

Throwing up in public when you are drunk feels no so shameful. If people think ill of you, you have this zen-like feeling of acceptance, that you deserved it, or you just don't give a shit. However, when you are just sick, it sucks. You feel this judgement that shouldn't be placed on you. You feel people tisking you or (sometimes worse) freaking out and fjumping to your aide when you really just want to be home. Then, you've gotta keep on walking as if nothing happened, which is also a lot easier to do when drunk.

Anyway, what I'm trying to say is I feel for you.
