I'm right there with you Chompy. I have the exact same feeling. I may buy it when they release this patch disabling activation as I figure I can always burn it to a CD and keep it with my disks but before then I'm definately not.

If such a patch does come out that quickly, I can't imagine that it wouldn't get included on the inevitable "gold" or "game of the year" edition.
