Longing is such sweet sorrow.

Sweet but nevertheless sorrowful.
But patience has its rewards...
Well, not really 'reward' in its proper sense.
Its just that the opposite -- impatience -- tends to allow for more suffering.
It takes a lot of discipline and practice to really be patient.
But the virtue asks for more than just waiting...
It asks for trust.
