My mother just got a puppy. It is size small and color black. It doesn't like to do much, but it stands very patiently until someone sits down so it can curl up and cuddle in a lap. It reminds me of myself so I like it.

you must understand--fat puppies are one of my livejournal interests for a reason. They are totally worth it. The one I got is all scrawny. I love her, but I just don't know if I am in love with her.

I was referring more to her lack of general enthusiasm. But I am not opposed to laps. Do you think we should get 2 kittens who are sisters or brothers? You know, to play together while we are not home and come to hate us because they only want to spend time with each other?

We should definitely get a pair. The sad truth is that when the day comes that you and I part ways, we will have to decide what to do with the cats. We could each have one, and plan on making it our own life partner when we move out. The sad thing is that if they became friends, they'd have to split up too.

The agony of this decision!
