Yeah, was it hot? It's looks like it melted or something. Beat the vegan butter with the soy and then add powdered sugar until it thickens. I know someone who does it in a mixer that way but I think by hand works too. Then refrigerate the icing and ice on a cool cake.
i think it was still too hot. i let it cool as long as i could but i dont have much patience so it was not completely cooled. thanks for the icing tip melissa i will have to give that one a try next time.
