i tooootally know what you mean about not wanting them to move before you can say goodbye though... my parents have had this house my ENTIRE life. they bough it a week or two before i was born. and i frequently look out the back yard and think "i totally can't live here my whole life but when my parents get old or leave this house and i can't keep it i will be so sad!!"

Yeah I know. It sounds lame but it's more than a house, it's a home.

I just found out that they are infact moving in late july early august, and as predicted they are flying me down to help move and say goodbay. Yay for that!

Your new place is pretty rad!...but I agree about the sad feelings of moving out of your old place. My parents are already talking about moving within the next 5 years :(
It'll be odd to drive past the old place later on, and see what it looks like.
