With all the books gone now, we have no way of knowing about other worlds-- but that's not strictly true. Everyone in Somarium came from somewhere, and for all we know, it's better than the information we had previously. I mean, we can't possibly find all that missing information now-- so I think it's best to start afresh.
We could start gathering information on people and where they came from originally. It might even be a good idea to work on some type of textbook to give to newer and older members-- something informing them about Somarium. It'll save people explaining all the time and it would save a lot of confusion. I was thinking there could be a few questions slipped into the back based on their life before arriving here, too. It might take a while, but I think it'll be worth it.
It'll be a little chaotic at first, but it might help things run smoothly in the future. Uh, yeah, that's all.

The name in the small window is enough to give him a temporary paralysis. It is a long moment before he finally presses the button to accept the call. He leaves the Dreamberry atop his desk and keeps his gaze locked on his papers. He does not quit his work.]
My name is Syaoran, Alice-san kindly suggested that I could see you if I have questions about Somarium. If you have time, and if it's not much trouble, I would like to know more about this world.
[Javert frowns. So now Javert is apparently an information vendor. Mademoiselle Alice is, on the whole, a very well-behaved little girl, but talking the Inspector up to other people could possibly give them a false impression.
That said, Javert does possess a large amount of organized knowledge and theories about Somarium. Unfortunately, he is not always the most polite man, but he does carry himself in a very calm and abrupt manner. If nothing else, he presents himself as a clear representative of Somarium authorities.]
[Syaoran understands fully. He's not expecting anything, but if there's a chance to know more about this mysterious dream world, he'll take it, no matter the risks or what he should do.]
