That is Skinny's sister, and yes I realize she is young and talks like she is gangster.. but the actual comment made me laugh so hard. Those two girls hate Piper and it just makes me laugh and laugh. Maybe that's horrible of me but you know what, I don't care! At this moment i'm not even speaking to him anyways but I still love his sisters.
