Pumped up with magic, that was probably the best way to describe Willow. It was flowing through her veins more so then it usually did. She'd left Dawn behind for Giles to deal with. She really didn't feel like dealing with the whiny little brat any longer. Willow had been doing it for a while now, from giant to centaur to human again, it was someone else's turn. Having been lost in thought, Amelia was abruptly brought back to reality when she felt someone's legs collide with her, and she toppled sideways as the other person fell onto the pavement. Momentarily stunned, Amelia blinked. What the hell...? Well, she had been sitting on the curb, not really paying attention to her surroundings. Feeling rather stupid and guilty, she managed to scoot closer to the woman laying on the pavement, her expression worried.

"Are you okay? I'm so sorry, I just... I guess I wasn't thinking, and I picked a horrible place to sit, because it's a sidewalk and people walk on 'em... not sit." She was rambling. Amelia's cheeks flushed pink as she quickly added, "I'm just really, really sorry." It had been a bad day already, and now she'd gone and made someone else's day a little worse.

Clumsy wasn't usually what Willow was. She'd been a dork, and a nerd and a-- other nerdy dorky study things. Never one of the cool kids but she didn't mind. But she wasn't clumsy. Funny how she now felt really much of the clumsy. Almost enough to make her curse. Okay, she was cussing, only the words didn't get past her lips ( ... )

Before Amelia could continue babbling - it was a bad habit that reared its ugly head whenever she happened to embarrass herself - she noticed the woman look up at her. Amelia noticed her eyes narrow, and she blinked. Sure, she'd inadvertantly tripped her, but Amelia had apologized, hadn't she ( ... )
