Art for When Broken Joy Took Flight (American Idol RPS)
This is one of the stories I claimed for the au_bigbang.
First off, it's one that stood out to me right away. Not only is it Kradam <3 but the subject matter made me nervous and excited at once. "When Broken Joy Took Flight" by poppetawoppet is absolutely beautiful, realistic, and stunning. Having been in foster care when I was younger (briefly thank god) and knowing quite a few kids from it the reality of that environment was handled scarily well.
While not every foster home is not like that I have heard of some that were, and it was really a joy to do the art for a story like this.
