After finally buying everything needed to do it, I've finally successfully baked a satisfactory blueberry chiffon cake. In the process, I've learned that french whisks are interesting and very useful, despite their odd design.

Despite the fact that it was really sunny this morning, it started snowing in the afternoon all of a sudden, something I was only half prepared for. I had my winter jacket, but no gloves, hat, or scarf. Even my jeans were rolled up to mid-calf.
