all i remember about the kurogane/fye question is that they were asking were they created as a pair/opposites? then Ohkawa said if the fans were putting them together and the whole place SQUEEEEEE-ed.
CLAMP comics are ultimately a tad superficial, but they are entertaining as hell. There is plenty of more accomplished authors out there, which I love to read just as well, but after so many years somehow I'm still hooked on CLAMP storylines and stereotypical characters. I am even a little older than you, and I keep going back to reading (avidly) their works every two years or so, in a sort of "this is getting boring - this is really annoying - who cares? - oh no wait, I'm enjoying this after all" cycle. As embarassing as it sounds, inner fangirls never grow up, 'm afraid.
Anyway, thank you for the translations and sorry for the random comment from a complete stranger. ;)
What I've been coming back to your journal for, though, is that post of yours where you mentioned reading a gazillion unpublished pages of Glass no Kamen. Oooh! Are they magazine chapters that haven't been released in tankobon format yet? Has the Hana to Yume serialization gone on for so long? Or maybe are they pages that where revised/removed from the volumes

As embarassing as it sounds, inner fangirls never grow up, 'm afraid.I know XO. Hell, yes, I'll be probably still shipping something when I'm old and grey and I would be the oddest thing they'd have ever seen to enter a doujin shop...haha...ha

Thank you so, so much for your reply and all the information! :D
Wow, 10 volumes worth of unpublished pages - the mind boggles. I think I read somewhere that the story's supposed to get to an end in another couple of volumes, or little more. If that is true, I guess these chapters will never be published again - what a waste of perfectly good classic shoujo crack cocaine*!
* (Honestly, GaraKame is so strangely addicting it's basically a hard drug. :p )
Did the HanaYume chapters add any relevant plot development past volume 42? Eh, I'm starting to doubt I'll ever get to see Maya's and Ayumi's alternate takes on the Goddess...
The best ones here were "How long does it take to do...", "the japanese butterfly symbolism" and... the kuro fye one because of the reaction that caused in the audience. When they asked if Kuro and Fye could be an actual pairing, Ohkawa got blushed. She was so red that the other 3 were laughing so hard, dunno the reason: could be the blushing or the fact that they were being asked that. They'll admit it someday! I know! From the others ... well they were boring technicals or old questions. The "why syaoran" was good because we hear that tsubasa will end in happy ending. (I'm really looking forward to that... from the latest happenings... i doesn't seem to be so happy. But we'll see, they always make miracles.) and here

Thanks for the info, evercool! Do you know if the audio that was available on chibiyuuto's site has the whole interview? I can't really download anything here so I had my brother download it. (I'll listen to it when I go back to Germany...)
umm, hello, sorry for posting like this, I`m just a lurker that love`s your translations. SANKYUUUU for them!!!
hehehe, I just wanted to make a comment. doesn´t anyone else find sweet that Doumeki tried to stop Watanuki-kun from entering the house and seeing the corpse? I`ts obvious that he knew from the begining what she was, and he still tried to stop watanuki from seeing something that he knew would upset him. ahhhhh i can feel the LOVE XDDDD
Yes, even CCS! Especially CCS! I got my Japanese from reading too much Japanese manga (starting with CCS) and when you're trying to read a language you don't really understand you're forced to catch all the layers o_O!
I should take you're advice and just read it for entertainment...but then, I know once I do that it'll start grating on my nerves again in some other way...

she has the record of the fay/kuro question.
oddly, the couple news sites transcripts don't have that question listed.
