Before I actually read the translation, I saw the scars on Himawari's back and all I could think of is "she's a descendant of Naraku, no wonder she has bad luck!" A spider-shaped scar on the back is what marks Naraku and all his creations as hanyou from Inu-Yasha--totally random thought, I know, but I thought someone else might appreciate my weird sense of humor.
You're welcome! ....decent of Naraku...??? Uh...I don't really like fantasy manga, (or manga with any supernatural elements for that matter o_O! There are a few exceptions, though.) so I had no idea what you were talking about for a sec. Inu Yasha? Im sorry o_O! I can't even tell you if I think your idea is odd or perfectly fitting because I don't know anything about that series...sorry! But thanks for commenting ^-^!
Yay! Thanks a lot for the translation :). It was a great chapter.
"Both you and Himawari-chan became my customers to fulfill your wish."
:O. Does that mean Doumeki wanted to safe Watanuki and Himawari offered to pay with him for that wish? And the third person who payed a long time ago was R!Syaoran!? :O Damn Yuuko, of course she wouldn't tell us why ;O;. Maybe Watanuki is Sakura and Syaoran(from some world)'s son?? LOL (that is a wacky theory)... Waaah I so wanna read next chapter soon :O. Too many questions to be answered, I wonder how much larger with holic be? Well anyway, thanks a lot for sharing! :D *bows*

Does that mean Doumeki wanted to safe Watanuki and Himawari offered to pay with him for that wish? No, the answer is direct at both of them. I could've written "wishes" but since both of them had the same wish(to save Watanuki) I decided to go with singluar instead of plural ^^.
Maybe Watanuki is Sakura and Syaoran('s son?? LOL (that is a wacky theory) Not as whacky as you think o_O! It has crossed my mind too! At first I thought the third person might be Clow, black Mokona(?!) or even Zashiki warashi. But Shaoran? And Watanuki's parents did say something about "the other...", after all. The other WHAT? I don't think it refers to a person directly because the Japanese count people differently than things. His parents are using the term you would use to say "give me _the other_ cup" or "another" and not the term that would refer to a person *mystery*.
Re: I hate SeishiroxSubaru toochou_addictedSeptember 24 2006, 09:25:42 UTC
I am anti SeiSub but I don't hate it. (I mean, why should I? They're just fictional characters ^^.) I've read TB before X and I still think SeiSub is nothing but cruel. Now, don't get me wrong, I got it bad for dramatic relationships, but SeiSub has never appealed to me because it is far too cruel with no fluffy moments at all. (Now, if people knew my opinion about "Kaze to ki no uta" they would lynch me for saying SeiSub was cruel...o_O)
Anyway, I used to love Subaru and Kamui as a coupling but now the part of my brain that's turning Japanese is wondering "Two uke chara?? How is THAT gonna work?!". I have long stopped shipping Subaru and Kamui as a "coupling", but I'd prefer them over SeiSub and FuumaKamui any time.
*starts singing* ohimesamadakko~ ohimesamadakko~ Thank you so much for the translation! :3 *heart* I'm hoping that what Watanuki has for Himawari is only friendship or a misguided crush. *crosses fingers and hopes* I'm glad that someone else besides me minds if there's a threesome or not. I'm sorry, but I just don't like them...
I'm glad to see you posting again :) *hugs* *drools over xxxHolic DJs* ... You're so lucky! XDDDD
Ahahaha So it was ohimesamadakko! XDDD (indeed if you look at bloodstains... can't be anything else, really) *celebrates* That's so... chivalrous of Doumeki ^_~
I also support the theory that Doumeki's blood will have a positive influence on Watanuki('s powers). Me too ^^ It would make things even more interesting from now on *_* And I thought I couldn't get more obsessed with xxxHolic XD
Fuuma: "He's aging a little slower but he seemed fine, beside that." Oh so that's what he said... My bad japanese wouldn't let me catth the meaning... This is interesting indeed o.O

I think the easiest way for Doumeki to make Watanuki admit his feelings for him would be if he totally ignored him. It works wonders <3.
