Escape From L.A. pt. 2 - Where nothing much happens...

Day 2 began with my first Cracker Barrel experience in a v. long time. We got on the road and found that there was one on Lucky Lane in Flagstaff, just a few miles down the road. After gassing up the truck, we were off to brave the Potpourri Purgatory that is the Old Country Store portion of the building and be rewarded with delicious hashbrown

If I'd been paying attention earlier I would have recommended you stop at the meteor crater in Winslow. That is a damn fine hole in the ground, my friend.

I've taken that exact route, and it's fun, though not much goes on from there to the Mississippi. You will get to see the world's largest cross in Oklahoma though.
