I always liked him on SGA as Halling but I really fell for him when I started watching Sanctuary.
*rubs forehead* I swear, my ban on watching this show is slowly beginning to crack. I want to watch it for all the amazing people on it but I just can't stand Sheppard (I know, I'm a horrible person). But yes, from what I have seen of Halling (and as Todd), he is amazing on the show!

I love him in the flashbacks with the period clothes and the longer hair. I love him all growly and angry over Ashley's death and his voice is just amazing.
Don't get me started on those period clothes and the wig.. Ridiculousy hot in those! And his reaction to Ashley's death was just amazing; the quality of his voice (and physical presence) reminded me of when he does Bigfoot - loved it. And yeah, he's such a friggin' Viking! *snort*

I want to meet this man in real life, he just sounds like such a nice guy!

I have seen the episodes with Jack in them... And the episode where Michael died - mostly because I was bored and waiting for Sanctuary to come on. I've also seen clips from other episodes but on a whole, no, I tend to stay away from SGA.

Doesn't mean I can't carry a conversation about it, I just don't watch it... But the will is slowly breaking.

And I am so glad I am not alone in the John Sheppard hate. UGH - why does he have such a big fanbase?!
