That it barely seems worth updating. In fact, the lack of any updates in all Vietnam makes this one likely to go on for a while. The Gibbon will try to keep to the interesting bits.

The prospect of a big cosy sofa to flop in after a nice hot bath, and drinking nice alcohol with Blighty friends while watching old movies must seem a pretty enticing prospect by now, after all your adventures overseas.

Dude! You're skipping lots of one of my favourite countries in the world!

And yes, Hoi An is the Place of Clothes. I had a full suit made there for $30, and tops and trousers that have only just (i.e. 5 years later) fallen apart :).
