Was Lady in the Water really as bad as everyone says? I want to see it, but if it sucks I'd rather just not see it so I can still say I like M. Night Shyamalan.

I haven't seen it yet. But so far, two of the people I work with really love it, and 2 or 3 said they thought it was alright. They said it was very fairy-tale esque but a little cheesy at some points. I dunno if that helps. But critics are always a little harsher than I think is accurate. And then they love certain movies I think suck.
