I'm sure your self-loathing is not for completely legitimate reasons, but have what you will. You're a great person, hun, and I know you'll go on to do great things. And if it makes you feel better, compare you life to mine. "Well, I could be working at DQ." There, don't you feel better?

Also, summer! Yay! Good luck on getting an internship! Forget those losers at Pepco, you were too good for them anyway.

Shall we be visiting? You could get an internship out here at Honeywell and live with me all summer! But then you'd have to work with my Dad, hmm... Not so good. Oh well. I'll just have to come see you!

I would prefer to be working at DQ. Please don't think your life is bad. You're contributing to society, which is more than I can say. I'm one of those weird people that loves being a cashier and wishes she could do it for the rest of her life.

Also, you don't have to take my self-loathing thing too seriously. It's my thing. It's there. Nothing to be done about it for the moment. And I am definitely not the only person constricted with self hatred. I'm not alone.

And, yes, I would very much so like to visit. I have to see how things work out (as far as job aspects go). Maybe I can fly out before the beginning of next semester. We shall see.
